At Philly Pizza & Grill, we do our best to deliver your food in a timely fashion because we care about our customers. In return, we ask that you please follow our delivery guidelines:
Provide an accurate phone number by which you can be reached when our driver arrives to the location. It is important that our driver be able contact you in the event that special access to a building or area are required.
Be present or have someone present at the delivery location. Our drivers are permitted to leave a delivery location 10 minutes after arrival if the receiving individual or party are not present or do not respond to phone calls. Please note, we WILL NOT leave your food unattended in any location under any circumstances with the one exception being COVID-19 measures outlined by the CDC. Please request a "non-contact delivery" upon ordering. You assume any and all responsibility if an order theft occurs after our driver leaves the order where you specified. No refund can be offered after an order theft. We advise that you do not leave your delivered order unattended.
Put all pets away and in a safe place when our driver arrives to a delivery location. We care about the well-being of our drivers first and foremost, and we want to make sure they feel safe on the job.
If you encounter a problem during your delivery experience, please contact the restaurant directly by phone. We will do our best to take care of you.
All delivery orders are subject to a $1.00 delivery fee. All cash delivery orders must meet the $10.00 minimum before tax (9.5%) and delivery fee. All card delivery orders must meet the $12.00 minimum before tax (9.5%) and delivery fee.
